boundaries, failure handling, solid testing\n\nBake in compliance: KYC/AML, responsible gaming, audit trails\n\nKeep production healthy with metrics, tracing, alerts, and on-call\n\nShape the platform through RFCs and code reviews, and mentor teammates\n\nWork with AI-assisted tools daily\n\nHelp migrate live from the existing third-party platform (parity testing, data validation, cutover)\nWhat you bring:\n\n5+ years in backend engineering, with strong Java 17+ and Spring Boot\n\nExperience with high-integrity transactional systems: payments, wallets, billing, banking, e-commerce, or gaming\n\nDeep PostgreSQL (or similar) knowledge: schema design, ACID, locking, tuning\n\nEvent-driven architecture experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ), including idempotency and retries\n\nAutomated testing as a habit: unit, integration, contract\n\nHands-on production experience with containers, CI/CD, observability, and incident troubleshooting\n\nSolid grasp of multi-threading and fault-tolerant
