As a team, we stay agile and customer-focused, committed to delivering innovative solutions that create value for our people and clients alike. \nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Information Security team. The ideal candidate will need to have experience in enterprise environments, strong technical and team-leading background in security domains such as, but not limited to:\nCommunications and Network security\nCyber Defense Operations \nVulnerability assessments and Offensive operations\nThe role also requires broad security expertise to support existing solutions and drive continuous improvement, while contributing to established security policies and procedures, demonstrating the ability to design, document, implement and optimize security architectures.\nThe role includes participation in projects related to both IT and, to a lesser extent, OT environments (industrial/critical infrastructure), aiming to support a unified security approach.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the technical direction and day-to-day technical activities of the Cybersecurity team.\nDesign and implement security architectures (network, security, endpoint).\nManage and drive optimization of security solutions (SIEM, SOAR, NGFW, EDR/XDR, etc).\nAct as a technical escalation point during incidents.\nSupport compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR).\nContribute to projects related to IT/OT security convergence.\nPrepare technical documentation and proposals.\nMonitor team KPIs and SLAs.\nContribute/improve to existing technical playbooks/runbooks.\nImprove cross-team collaboration and resource management, ensuring effective resource allocation.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n4-6 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, with proven experience in technical leadership and team coordination. \nExperience leading cybersecurity teams or technical activities, including cross-team collaboration and resource coordination.\nHands-on experience with network security technologies (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS) and endpoint security solutions (EDR/XDR).\nStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing & switching, and Linux/Windows systems.\nExperience with security vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work in demanding IT/OT environments and adapt to new technologies.\nNice to Have\nBasic understanding of OT/ICS environments and industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC).\nExperience with Threat detection platforms (e.g., Nozomi Networks).\nPrevious involvement in critical infrastructure or industrial security projects.\nCertified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification will be considered
