Position Overview The Senior Talent Development Manager will own and manage Adaptive’s talent management and talent development initiatives, including leadership development programs, performance management practices, and org health/engagement diagnostics. This role requires advanced expertise in end-to-end talent management programs and success partnering deeply with business leaders from frontline to C-suite. The ideal candidate is a respected thought partner, who can empathize with their end-users, and is able to make data-driven decisions while never losing sight of the people behind the numbers.
