mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and good business skills.\nWe prefer candidates with a degree in one of the following areas:\nComputer Science\nEngineering\nScience or another quantitative discipline\nBusiness or a related discipline with demonstrated technology or AI experience\nCandidates from other academic backgrounds will also be considered if they can demonstrate strong capabilities in using technology or AI to solve business problems.\nMore importantly, you should be able to explain what problem you were solving, why you built the solution, and what impact it created.\nExperience\nFor Associate and Consultant candidates, we would typically expect 3-4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas:\nAI, data, software, or product-related roles with strong business or client exposure.\nTechnology or digital consulting.\nBuilding or implementing AI-enabled solutions.\nBusiness or technology transformation with hands-on technology exposure.\nManagement consulting with strong exposure to AI, technology, or solution delivery.\nSkills and Capabilities\nYou should also demonstrate:\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills to understand complex business challenges.\nA builder mindset with a willingness to develop, test, and improve practical solutions.\nThe ability to connect AI and technology to real business needs and outcomes.\nStrong communication and client-facing skills.\nThe ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\nThe ability to translate technical ideas into clear business language.\nOwnership and a willingness to take solutions from idea through implementation and adoption.\nCuriosity about how businesses work and how
