client relationships, identifying opportunities within existing accounts, and supporting proposals, pitches and new business opportunities.\nWhat will you be doing?\nPartner with client leaders to understand strategic priorities, diagnose complex business problems and identify opportunities for meaningful business improvement, including through AI.\nStructure ambiguous problems, lead analysis and translate insights into clear recommendations, practical solutions and actions.\nDesign, prototype, build and test AI-enabled solutions, workflows and process improvements, working closely with client and technical teams.\nTranslate business needs into practical AI use cases, solution concepts, implementation roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.\nGuide teams through testing, iteration and implementation, using client and user feedback to improve solutions.\nHelp clients move successful solutions beyond prototypes into adoption, scaling and sustainable business transformation.\nLead major consulting workstreams or smaller engagements, managing scope, deliverables, milestones, risks, quality and stakeholder expectations.\nFacilitate workshops, executive discussions and working sessions to align stakeholders, solve problems and move decisions forward.\nCommunicate complex business and technical concepts clearly, translating options and trade-offs into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.\nWork across business and technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, commercially relevant and appropriate for the client's environment.\nCoach and develop Consultants and Associates, providing direction, feedback and support throughout engagements.\nBuild trusted client relationships, identify opportunities to expand our impact, and contribute to proposals, pitches and business development activities.\nContribute to developing ADAPTOVATE's AI capabilities, consulting methods, offerings and knowledge.\nWhat is ADAPTOVATE looking for?\nWe are looking for someone who combines strong consulting skills, practical AI and technology experience, a builder mindset and the ability to turn business challenges into measurable outcomes.\nYou will typically have 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including significant client-facing delivery experience across areas such as:\nTechnology or digital consulting\nAI, data or product-related roles with strong business and client exposure\nBusiness or technology transformation\nManagement consulting with strong exposure to AI, technology or solution delivery\nOperating model, process improvement or operational transformation\nYou should also demonstrate:\nStrong strategic, analytical and structured problem-solving skills\nThe ability to bring clarity and direction to complex and ambiguous business problems\nA builder mindset with a willingness to develop, test and improve solutions rather than stopping at recommendations\nPractical experience using AI or technology to solve real business problems\nThe ability to connect AI and emerging technologies to measurable business outcomes\nExperience leading consulting engagements or major workstreams from problem definition through implementation and adoption\nStrong senior stakeholder management and executive communication skills\nConfidence facilitating workshops, executive discussions and decision-making sessions\nThe ability to work effectively across both business and technical stakeholders\nThe ability to translate technical ideas and trade-offs into clear business language\nStrong project leadership, including managing scope, priorities, risks, dependencies and team delivery\nExperience coaching and developing junior consultants and client teams\nStrong commercial awareness and an interest in account growth and business development\nExperience identifying opportunities within existing clients and helping turn them into new work\nExperience contributing to proposals, pitches, statements of work or commercial discussions\nOwnership, adaptability and comfort working in fast-moving and ambiguous environments\nWillingness to travel as required\nWe are not looking for a pure
