ADB Safegate is the market leader in Airfield Solutions, with a presence in 2,700 airports and 40 offices worldwide. We are building ADB Safegate Labs in Hyderabad, India - our latest software development hub.
This is an opportunity to join a truly global company, working on innovative software solutions that support airport operations across Airfield, Apron, Terminal, Tower, and Weather solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Verify live status, telemetry, alarms, events, controls, integrations, and embedded-system behaviour.
- Test alarm detection, priority, presentation, acknowledgement, escalation, clearance, and audit history.
- Validate permissions, command confirmation, execution, rejection, timeout, and uncertain outcomes.
- Test network loss, stale data, duplicate events, service restarts, partial failure, failover, and recovery.
- Build automated tests, simulators, mocks, and hardware-in-the-loop solutions using Python and TypeScript.
- Maintain traceability, defect evidence, regression coverage, release recommendations, and CI/CD integration.
- Create and maintain test plans, provide regular reports of test execution and evidence.
Requirements :
- 4+ years in product verification, systems integration testing, or firmware validation.
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience testing distributed, event-driven, stateful, or embedded systems.
- Strong Python, TypeScript, Cypress, Playwright, API, UI, and automated-testing skills.
- Experience analysing logs, messages, databases, networks, and hardware/software interactions.
- SCADA, HMI, HIL, aviation, transport, or mission-critical testing experience is preferred.
