and subcontractors to address technical queries and facilitate project approvals.\n\nRequirements\n Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.\n\n 2 to 8 years of proven experience in a technical office or similar engineering role within the construction industry.\n\n Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting.\n\n Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design and drafting software.\n\n Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.\n\n Experience in preparing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.\n\n Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\n\n Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.\n\n Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.\n\n Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality
