Including all reports, repairs and managing the SOP’s. Setting up service schedules and disciplining staff when non-adherence occurs. Managing the department cost and incident occurrences, to minimize the financial impact and yield better productivity growth.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATION:\nMatric or NQF4 equivalent qualification\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES\nADMINISTRATION\nMonitor FMX system incidents;\nOversee MHE incidents as per SOP and validated feedback post investigation. \nDocumentation, licensing, SHEQ adherence and equipment wellbeing. \nHigh level FMX reports with a good understanding of statistics to draw trends. \nManage driver adherence to all SOP’s with regards to MHE.\nSummary reports to management on MHE repair cost and incidents\nEnforce supervisors to adhere to the profile setting and operational procedures.\nPost investigation feedback to management.\nMHE disciplinary tracking and ensure IR manager is updated accordingly\nLicence expiring dates and management thereof.\nEstablish the need for driver training;\nMinimize incidents with PTO management and feedback.\nPEOPLE MANAGING AND REPORTING\nManage all MHE supervisors to ensure they perform their duties.\nReport monitoring and bring department to industry standards by growing team to understand what is required of them.\nAttend to all risks and manage the department as per KPI’s set.\nReport all Critical incidents with the urgency it requires\nFeedback to management post investigation with strategy to improve the future occurrences.\nStaff discipline with regards to non-adherence to SOP and driving practice.\nReport weekly and monthly trends to show and validate improvement. \nConduct regular floor walks with MHE Supervisors to ensure duties are executed.\nEnsure there is ongoing communication with the workshop, with regards to machines in for repairs and keep records.\nCLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT\nEstablish and build a relationship with client management and workshop.\nCommunicate and provide feedback regularly to client and resolve client queries timeously.\nCOMPETENCIES\nComputer
