Functions will include People Management, Finance Management, Process Management, Customer Satisfaction and SHEQ Management.\nMINIMUM EXPERIENCE:\nTES industry experience would be an advantage\nMinimum of 5 years of management experience preferably in a warehouse/logistics/supply chain environment\nExposure to unionized environments would be an advantage\nKnowledge of BCEA and management of IR processes\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATION:\nGr 12 minimum\nBCom/Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics \nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPEOPLE MANAGEMENT\nAgree on Fill rate and Headcounts with the Client every season and Budget period; 96% is the targeted Fill Rate per shift;\nEnsure that staff payments via TES and WFM are accurate and presented timeously;\nEnsure that Staff Development and Training are in place for all management levels. i.e. Supervisors and Managers;\nEnsure that the Succession Plan is submitted annually as per PDP;\nEnsure that HR policies and procedures are followed 100%;\nEnsure that all Employment Equity communication is shared with staff quarterly;\nEnsure that all PPE standards are adhered to \nProtect Client assets, MHE equipment, Normal equipment (Cages and Totes), and respect for the product.\nEnsure agencies comply with Labour take on and exit processes, tracking of disciplinary actions, etc.\nEnsure KPIs are measured and managed e.g. shift fill rates, throughput, payroll queries, and MHE, etc.\nProvide regular feedback to management and clients regarding shift performance metrics/targets.\nPROCESS MANAGEMENT\nEnsure process compliance to WMS standards as agreed with the Client;\nReview daily Shift Reports and formalize action points on same;\nReview weekly budget report to track agreed budget as per Client;\nFollow up on all client queries via the Clients Admin department;\nWork closely with the Clients Replenishment team to ensure a seamless Inbound function;\nLiaison with the Client Transport department on a daily basis to ensure store deliveries are actioned as per plan;\nClose working relationship with Client Planning department, Operations manager and Inventory Manager;\nAdherence to warehouse SOPs\nManagement of operational KPIs (CPLH, CPC, Error %, headcount %, staff turnover)\nCLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT\nUnderstand client strategy and action plans for the current year;\nSelf- Drive team to deliver on OTIF\nUnderstand the needs and complexities of stores during promotion and peak periods;\nUnderstand supplier management processes via the Client Replenishment team;\nMinimize financial risk to the client;\nProtect client Assets at all times;\nResponsible for protecting the ADfusion model at all times.\nDeliver continuous improvement plans quarterly;\nFINANCE MANAGEMENT\nSubmit weekly forecasts on Staff expenditure to GM;\nMinimize MHE costs and Damages;\nMinimize claims from the store level by ensuring Outbound processes are adhered to;\nContinuous training of DC staff to minimize damages within the picking Environment;\nAudit TES statements and invoices on a weekly/Monthly basis;\nRISK MANAGEMENT\nEnsure that the SHEQ program as received from ACMS head office is implemented and adhered to;\nSupport audit to manage SHEQ programme;\nEnsure staff training and appointments are as per SHEQ programme requirements;\nEnsure IOD management and adherence to policy;\nEnsure that SHEQ monthly reports are submitted\nCOMPETENCIES\nKNOWLEDGE\nKnowledge of managing a warehouse\nStaff management\nBusiness Acumen\nTES Industry Knowledge\nCustomer Service Principles\nStrong numeric and verbal reasoning ability \nWorking knowledge of Labour Legislation.\nSKILLS\nHigh-Level Computer Literacy -
