change.\n What you get to do:\nConduct regular maintenance and repair of lab equipment\nDesign, modify, and optimize the mechanical fixtures for solid-state battery\nDesign and develop pilot scale electrode coating tools based on the company’s cell technology\nDesign the tools and analyze the concept using CAD software such as Solidworks\nWork with external suppliers to customize the equipment based on manufacturing processes\nSet up and validate pilot scale slurry mixer, electrode coater, and other cell fabrication equipment\nMaintain, modify, and optimize the equipment with vendor’s guidelines\nWhat you bring to this role:\nStrong hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and repair\nBS or MS degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or related field\n2+ years of experience in a mechanical design role in a Li ion battery industrial environment\nHands-on experience with roll-to-roll coater installation, maintenance, and operation\nExperience on vendor qualification and customer interactions\nA desire to hold your own in a fast-moving environment alongside highly technical peers\nAbility to work safely and in compliance with all regulations and
