Addepar is an American financial technology company founded in 2009 by early Palantir employees who found that wealthy families and their advisers had no reliable way to see all their assets in one place. Its platform aggregates holdings across custodians, private funds, property and operating businesses, then reports performance and exposure across the whole picture, which conventional portfolio systems built for listed securities cannot do. Headquartered in Mountain View and privately held, it serves registered investment advisers, family offices and private banks tracking trillions of dollars in assets.

Who We Are

Addepar is a global data and AI platform empowering investment professionals to turn complex financial information into actionable intelligence. Addepar unifies portfolio, market and client data in a total portfolio view and delivers AI-powered insights within investment and client workflows. More than 1,400 firms in nearly 60 countries use Addepar to manage and advise on nearly $9 trillion in assets. Its open platform integrates with nearly 650 software, data and consulting partners to power end-to-end investment operations across firms of all sizes and complexity. Addepar supports clients worldwide with offices in New York City, Salt Lake City, London, Edinburgh, Pune, Dubai, Geneva, Singapore and São Paulo.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and strategic Ecosystem Marketing Manager to join our marketing team! This role is responsible for driving the growth and success of partnerships at Addepar through data-driven marketing strategies and cross-functional efforts. As the owner of the partner marketing motion, you will build, scale, and manage our partner marketing ecosystem across all verticals and geographies from its early stages.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B performance marketing, deep experience in the financial services or financial technology industry, and a proven track record of developing a robust portfolio of co-marketing activations with leading brands. You are highly comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking the lead with minimal input from your manager, and excel at managing expectations to maintain a delicate balance between nurturing partner relationships and delivering results for the business.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $94,000 - $148,000(base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Partnership Growth & Ownership: Take full ownership of the partner marketing motion from early stages, building and executing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across all verticals and geographies.
  • Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Deliver comprehensive marketing strategies across channels (digital, content, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Develop Co-Marketing Portfolios: Design and execute a high-impact portfolio of co-marketing activations and joint marketing activities with leading brands.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Performance Marketing Managers to identify and develop opportunities for co-marketing activations, while coordinating with business development and sales to align priorities across teams.
  • Manage Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with key partners and stakeholders, managing expectations to balance nurturing relationships with hitting business goals.
  • Own the Onboarding Experience: Fully own the marketing portion of the partnership onboarding process, designing and implementing an efficient, scalable journey ensuring seamless integration and long-term success.
  • Serve as Partner Integration SME: Develop a deep understanding of and stay up to date on partner integration updates, serving as the team's Subject Matter Expert (SME) on integration capabilities and how they can be leveraged across campaigns.
  • Optimize Campaigns: Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to efficiently monitor campaign performance, deliver clear data points, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology or software industry.
  • Proven experience leading and driving partnership marketing programs.
  • Strong project management skills specifically managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal connections with partners and internal collaborators.
  • Creative problem solver with a strategic perspective and a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

PHISHING SCAM WARNING: Addepar is among several companies recently made aware of a phishing scam involving con artists posing as hiring managers recruiting via email, text and social media. The imposters are creating misleading email accounts, conducting remote “interviews,” and making fake job offers in order to collect personal and financial information from unsuspecting individuals. Please be aware that no job offers will be made from Addepar without a formal interview process. Additionally, Addepar will not ask you to purchase equipment or supplies as part of your onboarding process. If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected].
