At this level, you are developing your people management skills while leveraging your product, industry, and technical knowledge to advance. You will be the technical anchor for your team, providing the daily guidance needed to navigate complex data challenges and meet project deadlines. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide functional leadership and daily operational guidance to the team within the technical data function\nExecute hands-on contribution to projects through data migration and data transformation using Python-based ETL tools.\nManage the team’s work allocation and coordinate activities to ensure results are driven by the team in collaboration with others.\nGuide the team in issue resolution and escalate blockers proactively, maintaining alignment with stakeholders.\nSupport career development by providing continuous feedback loops on technical and project execution\nIdentify and drive opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and automation for greater efficiency.\nWho You Are\nExperience: 2+ years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years and a Master’s degree.\nDomain Knowledge: Strong understanding of portfolio, wealth, or investment management and financial data structures.\nTechnical Skills: Proficient in Python and knowledgeable in ETL workflows and data transformation logic.\nCommunication: Strong communication skills, able to conduct technical presentations and convey complex ideas clearly.\nOrganization: Highly organized with attention to detail, able to coordinate activities and deliver results that may impact schedules and costs.\nMindset: Solutions-driven mindset with a desire to improve processes and a commitment to personal growth in people management\nOur Values \nAct Like an Owner - Think and operate with intention, purpose and care.
