They are passionate about understanding our clients' needs, take a hands-on approach to solving problems, and work collaboratively with internal teams to take ownership of our clients' success.\nThe ideal candidate has relevant experience in finance and technology and is expected to display a strong sense of self-reliance as well as the ability to collaborate with other Addepar teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product. They must possess a deep understanding of our target markets and the clients we serve.\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOnboard new clients to the Addepar platform by leading the solution design and execution of the implementation project\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction\nPrioritize and context-switch effectively to lead simultaneous projects, seeing each through to the finish line\nIdentify and contribute to opportunities to improve our current processes and standard methodologies as the Addepar platform expands\nConnect with clients in a proactive, consultative, and professional manner\nWho You Are \nMinimum 2+ years of professional experience working in finance, technology, and/or consulting\nA solution-oriented approach and a passion for problem-solving.\nStrong work ethic, proactive, and a high-contributing teammate\nIndependent, adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills\nExperience programming in Python language and/or experience with project management is a plus\nAddepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
