Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\nWhat You’ll Do\nArchitect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems; write well-designed, testable code.\nIndependently deliver high-value projects from design through delivery.\nCollaborate with product managers on product requirements iterations, design feasibility and user feedback.\nLearn and promote best engineering practices.\nDocument software functionality, system design, and project plans.\nDebug and troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack.\nMentor junior engineers, provide clear and constructive guidance\nCollaborate with engineers and stakeholders from other teams to resolve technical issues or coordinate dependencies\nWho You Are\nExtensive software engineering experience\nTrack record of leading technical initiatives from design through delivery\nProven ability to influence technical direction and make significant contributions to the architecture of complex, distributed systems.\nUnderstanding of REST, service-based architecture, and distributed systems.\nA rapid learner with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience with object-oriented programming\nExperience building services with Java, SQL and AWS.\nAddepar takes a market-based approach to pay.
