In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between the external accounting provider and internal stakeholders, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of accounting processes.\nYou will be responsible for aligning local accounting data with group reporting requirements, including postings and adjustments in NetSuite (KMS), as well as supporting month-end closing and monitoring cash flow. Working closely with international teams across Vietnam and Poland, you will help ensure smooth financial operations and drive continuous improvements in accounting and reporting processes.\n\nYour main responsibilities:\n\nCoordination, GL, Reporting, Treasury & Compliance:\nCoordinate accounting activities between the external accounting provider in Poland and internal stakeholders\n\nEnsure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting data and processes\n\nValidate and align local accounting data with group reporting requirements\n\nReview and post selected transactions and adjustments in NetSuite (KMS)\n\nReconcile general ledger balances and investigate discrepancies\n\nOversee intercompany transactions and ensure proper recording\n\nSupport month-end closing process and prepare financial reports\n\nProvide accurate financial data for internal and group reporting purposes\n\nMonitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations\n\nSupport payment processes and ensure cash availability\n\nReconcile differences between local statutory books and NetSuite\n\nEnsure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies\n\nSupport audits and cooperate with external auditors\n\nIdentify and implement improvements in accounting and reporting processes\n\nSupport system updates and coordination with IT (NetSuite)\n\nRequirements\nWhat you'll need to succeed in this role:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles\n\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and regulations;
