Role\nThe Laser Operator is responsible for operating and programming our TRUMPF Boost Laser cutting and bending systems, ensuring accurate, high-quality output on every run.\nResponsibilities\nOperate TRUMPF Boost Laser cutting and bending system programs\nProgram files for laser cut nesting\nConvert SolidWorks files into laser sheet metal files for production\nCreate standard work instructions for new and existing programs\nTroubleshoot CNC programs and implement process improvements\nCommunicate effectively with staff to ensure accuracy and quality\nKnowledge & Skills\nExperience with CNC laser cutting, bending systems, and workflows\nKnowledge of sheet metal fabrication and similar equipment\nUnderstanding of welding and final assembly of complex sheet metal assemblies\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities\nCollaborative team player across departments\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nMust be 18 or older\nExperience in metal fabrication preferred\nExperience in laser operation and programming preferred\nPrior use of TRUMPF systems, Boost Programs, or TruTops is a strong
