We support a collaborative environment and value open participation from individuals with different ideas, experiences, and perspectives.\nAre you ready to be part of our future?\nSummary of Key Responsibilities: The CNC Press Brake Operator (2nd Shift) is responsible for daily operation of CNC Press Brakes including but not limited to set-up, bending of material per specifications, basic machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimization of safety.\n**2nd Shift Position** M-F 2-10:30pm\nResponsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:\nDaily operation of press brake from pre-set programs with minor adjustments for material variations.\nBasic set up and loading of tools.\nForm parts per specifications to meet quality and production goals.\nMaintaining/cleaning of equipment.\nTrumpf press brake experience is a plus.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to work in a fast-paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities.\nKnowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment.\nAbility to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers)\nSelf-motivated and respond timely to production requirements\nMust be detail oriented.\nContribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests.\nAbility to speak English fluently.\nReliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.\nSummary of Experience and Education:\nHigh school Diploma or GED.\nMust be 18 or over.\nPreferred 2 years of experience in fabrication.\nPreferred 2 years of experience in CNC press brake operation.\nBenefits:\nHealth Insurance\nDental Insurance\nLife Insurance\nVision insurance\nShort-Term Disability Insurance -
