This is far more than account management. You will take ownership of a portfolio of strategically important customers, developing trusted relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and creating long-term value for both customers and Addison Lee.\nSalary\nUp to£45,000\nLocation\nPaddington\nWorking Hours/Pattern\nMonday - Friday\n09:00 - 17:30\nMain Accountabilities:\nOwn and develop a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts.\n\nDeliver retention, growth and profitability targets.\n\nBuild relationships with key stakeholders.\n\nCreate and execute strategic account plans.\n\nIdentify, cross-sell, upsell and new business opportunities.\n\nLead commercial reviews, contract renewals and negotiations.\n\nUse customer insights and performance data to make recommendations.\n\nAct as the voice of the customer internally.\n\nWork cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client outcomes.\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Account Management or B2B Sales.\n\nStrong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.\n\nTrack record of growing customer revenue and retention.\n\nExceptional stakeholder management capabilities.\n\nCommercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive and growth-oriented approach\n\nReporting Lines\nThis role reports to Sales Manager -
