The role provides regional CloudOps capability during APAC business hours, supports production go-lives and hypercare, and coordinates incident resolution with SL2 and the European CloudOps team.\nYour responsibilities\nOperate, monitor and maintain Azure production environments during APAC business hours\n\nSupport customer go-lives, production releases and hypercare, including deployment validation and rollback readiness\n\nMonitor service health, capacity, availability and alerts; investigate incidents and coordinate resolution with SL2, European CloudOps, application teams and relevant third parties\n\nSupport Azure platform components, including AKS, networking, Azure Front Door/WAF, API Management, databases, storage, Key Vault and monitoring services\n\nImplement approved infrastructure and configuration changes in accordance with change-management, security and operational procedures\n\nContribute to root-cause analysis, preventive actions and improvements to production reliability\n\nImprove operations through scripting, infrastructure as code, runbooks and appropriate automation\n\nMaintain accurate documentation for production environments, operating procedures and customer-specific configurations\n\nContribute to observability and alerting improvements using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana and OpenTelemetry-based telemetry where applicable\n\nYour qualifications, skills and experience\nAt least 5 years of hands-on CloudOps, DevOps, infrastructure or production-operations experience, including senior-level ownership of operational tasks\nPractical experience operating production workloads on Microsoft Azure\nExperience with several of the following: AKS/Kubernetes, Azure networking, Azure Front Door/WAF, API Management, Azure SQL, storage, Key Vault, Azure Monitor and Log Analytics\nExperience with incident management, production troubleshooting, change control and release support\nFamiliarity with infrastructure as code and automation, such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, PowerShell, Bash or Python\nAbility to interpret monitoring and telemetry data to investigate service degradation and operational alerts\nExperience with .NET, ASP.NET (MVC, Web API), Web Services, SQL, RabbitMQ, Redis\nStrong documentation, communication and coordination skills across time zones and teams;
