If you thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in delivering quality, we'd love to hear from you!\nWhat You'll Do:\nAssemble mechanical and electronic components of Aqualab instrumentation according to work instructions, and standard operating procedures.\nPerform basic wiring and soldering as required.\nConduct visual inspections and functional checks to ensure quality and accuracy of assembly.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.\nRecord production data, test results, and quality checks in designated areas.\nIdentify and report defective parts, equipment issues, or deviations from specifications.\nCollaborate with team members and lead/manager to meet production goals.\nFollow all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements\n\nWhat You'll Need:\nBasic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.\nAbility to read and interpret simple drawings, diagrams, and written instructions.\nGood attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to use hand tools, small power tools, and measurement instruments.\nBasic computer literacy for data entry and documentation.\nAbility to safely lift up to 40 pounds with reasonable accommodations.\nA professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.\nPositive, can-do spirit that contributes to a great team atmosphere.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nSuccessful completion of a criminal background check within one week of receiving an offer.\nMust reside within a commutable distance to Pullman, WA, and be authorized to work in the U.S.\n\nPreferred Experience:\nSoldering, previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electronics.\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.\nAddium, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
