Parts are to be media blasted at a high quality with all powder removed and must meet Finishing Department expectations.\nRequirements\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nWork closely with the MJF Post-Process Lead and the Finishing department.\nPerform work instructions as detailed on the job sheet.\nCompare actual part to job sheet/drawing to verify existence of features.\nVisually inspect parts for defects.\nEnsure equipment is performing well and media levels are kept full and changed out per Forecast 3D specifications.\nReject any parts that cannot meet the customer’s needs.\nNotify the MJF Post-Process Lead of any questionable parts.\nMaintain a safe work environment.\nPromote a positive work environment. \nAssist in various stages of production as needed.\nOther duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time.\nCOMPETENCIES:\nProblem Solving: Analyzes problem by gathering and organizing all relevant information. Shows concern for all aspects of the job and follows up on work outputs.\nEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.\nAbility to read, understand, and execute work per detailed job instructions.\nExcellent hand coordination.\nAttention to detail.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nSolid organizational skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work with a team.\nMultitasking ability.\nAble to accomplish tasks without constant supervision.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nThe role requires frequent interaction with manufacturing operations, where PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes are required. Typical plant conditions with ambient temperature, standard lighting, and machining equipment in use.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods. Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) and movement throughout manufacturing areas. May involve accessing or observing equipment in confined or elevated spaces, following all safety procedures.\nSAFETY AND POLICY PRACTICES:\nAll employees are expected to comply with ADDMAN’s safety standards and environmental policies, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
