The ability to work in such conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation, is an essential function of the position.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nAbility to accomplish the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods on the production floor\nPrimarily works in a combination of office and manufacturing environments\nAbility to occasionally lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds\nMay be required to bend, stoop, reach, and use hands to handle equipment or components\nAbility to work near manufacturing equipment, including exposure to noise, moving mechanical parts, and varying temperatures\nReaching above shoulder height, below the waist, or lifting as required to reach documents or store materials throughout the workday.\nProper lifting techniques required.\nFrequent use of hands and fingers is required for typing, data entry, and operating standard office equipment.\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and protective footwear\nSAFETY AND POLICY PRACTICES:\nEach employee must be knowledgeable of standard safety policies and procedures and adhere to the same while supporting the goals and objectives of the organization and recognizing the Company’s need to achieve its business objectives.
