Your primary responsibility will be to utilize the ERP to level load production schedules with direction from the Production Planning Manager. Upon level loading if there are projects requiring mitigation it will be raised to production leadership for action. This position requires a combination of strategic planning, tactical execution, and effective communication with various stakeholders to optimize meet production demands. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, analytical abilities, and an understanding of computer programs such as Proshop ERP.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nProduction Scheduling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including additive production, CNC Machining, solutions engineering, and program management, to adjust and maintain a comprehensive master production schedule. \nWork Cell Scheduling, Be the owner of all resource schedules with the facility and schedule new work within work cells to meet system defined requirement dates to meet customer deliveries. \nMitigation Planning: raise awareness to production leadership when system defined due dates cannot be achieved based on current capacities so that they can put mitigation strategies in place to resolve. \nPurchase Order Management: drive the purchasing team to create, issue, and manage purchase orders for materials and services in accordance with production schedules. \nUtilization Planning, monitor utilization of equipment and suggest shifts to production leadership to optimize throughput \nContinuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize overall performance. \nData Analysis and Reporting: Utilize various tools and systems to gather and analyze data related to supply chain performance, vendor performance, and inventory levels. Prepare regular reports for management review. \nPerform other duties as assigned \nPunctual attendance \nFollow all Company policies and procedures \nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n1-3 years of working in an office environment \nProduction Scheduling experience performed \nERP, MRP experience preferred \nProduction scheduling experience is preferred \nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nThis is an office position that may require sporadic visits to the production floor to communicate with team members on an as needed basis. \nOnsite Position in Statesville, NC \nSAFETY AND POLICY PRACTICES:\nEach employee must be knowledgeable of standard safety policies and procedures and adhere to the same while supporting the goals and objectives of the organization and recognizing the Company’s need to achieve its business objectives.
