You will support all phases of order execution-from PO award through delivery-ensuring customer satisfaction and technical excellence. This role requires a high level of collaboration across Program Management, operations, quality, and supply chain to meet demanding customer requirements in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment. The Program Coordinator will balance customer order entry, schedule updates, and order changes with tactical execution to deliver world-class performance and drive continuous improvement across all orders. Note: This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); U.S. person status is required.\nEssential Job Functions\nServe as the primary customer point of contact for all assigned orders, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution.\nPerform order entry and performance tracking to achieve customer quality and delivery objectives.\nCollaborate with Sales, Program Management, and Operations to manage production schedules and resolve challenges.\nEnsure adherence to ADDMAN’s order management processes, maintaining accurate and timely order documentation.\nPrepare and present order status reports to leadership and customers.\nSupport Program Management to develop, maintain, and report on key program metrics (on-time delivery, margin, quality performance, etc.).\nSkill Requirements\nStrong commitment to safety and a culture of accountability.\nProven ability to manage complex, high-value Aerospace and Defense Customers and Orders.\nDemonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with both customers and internal teams.\nAbility to build consensus and influence cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.\nSolid understanding of Additive Manufacturing, CNC machining, materials, and aerospace manufacturing requirements.\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems, cost tracking, and scheduling tools.\nStrong business acumen and customer orientation.\nHigh integrity, initiative, and ownership mindset.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in order or project management within Additive manufacturing, precision machining, aerospace, or defense manufacturing.\nWorking knowledge of AS9100 quality systems and ITAR compliance.\nExperience with DFARS, government contracts, and customer audits is highly desirable.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.\nWork Environment\nThe role requires frequent interaction with manufacturing operations, where PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes is required. Typical plant conditions with ambient temperature, standard lighting, and machining equipment in use.\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods. Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) and movement throughout manufacturing areas.
