Use AI and data-driven methods to accelerate quantity takeoffs, pricing analysis, estimate review, and cost forecasting. Key Responsibilities Analyze drawings, specifications, historical estimates, and pricing data using AI-assisted workflows. Validate AI-generated quantities/prices and identify exceptions. Develop repeatable estimating workflows and performance reports. Qualifications Degree/diploma in QS, estimating, construction, engineering, or related field. Minimum 7 years of estimating/QS experience. Strong Excel/data skills and practical experience with AI tools.
