Develop integrated project schedules and 4D simulations linking construction activities with 3D models. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain detailed construction schedules. Link schedule activities to model elements and produce 4D sequences. Identify sequencing risks and communicate schedule impacts to project teams. Qualifications Degree/diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field. Minimum 7 years of scheduling/4D experience. Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, Navisworks Timeliner, or equivalent.
