4+ years of progressive IT experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or senior technical role.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nIndustry certifications: CCNA is preferred.\nHotel-specific system knowledge: Opera PMS, Micros/Oracle POS\nExperience with KVKK/GDPR compliance, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks.\nExperience with Checkpoint Firewall and Aruba Wi-Fi\nWindows Server Family/Office 365\n\nCore Work Activities\nTechnology Operations & Infrastructure Management\nManages deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, network systems, and collaboration platforms.\nOversees backup/recovery operations, system administration, and proactive monitoring to ensure 24/7 infrastructure availability.\nMaintains structured cabling, physical infrastructure, and asset inventory lifecycle.\nAdministers email, identity management, and endpoint security solutions.\nLeads troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues; serves as final escalation point before IT Manager.\n\nVendor Management\nCoordinates vendors for procurement, SLA enforcement, and project delivery; negotiates service terms within approved budgets.\nActs as primary liaison between property staff, owners, and corporate IR on technology matters.\nCompliance, Security & Project Execution\nEnforces IR policies, brand standards, SOPs, and cybersecurity protocols across all departments.\nMonitors KVKK/GDPR compliance for guest and employee data handling.\nTracks and reports on IT projects, system outages, and KPIs; keeps stakeholders informed at all stages.\nIdentifies technology gaps and proposes cost-effective solutions aligned with operational priorities.\nTechnical Expertise & Continuous Improvement\nMaintains current technical certifications and industry knowledge;
