retrieval, automate business processes, and create real business value through the application of AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic frameworks.\nYou'll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to bring innovative ideas into live environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop AI-powered applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).\nBuild and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.\nDevelop AI Agents and Agentic workflows to automate business processes.\nCreate effective prompts and implement prompt engineering best practices.\nIntegrate AI services with enterprise systems via REST APIs.\nDevelop scalable solutions using Python and SQL.\nTest, evaluate, and improve AI model performance and reliability.\nWork closely with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nCommercial experience building Generative AI solutions.\nStrong hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).\nExperience developing AI Agents or Agentic AI applications.\nStrong Python development skills.\nStrong SQL skills.\nExperience integrating applications using REST APIs.\nProven prompt engineering experience.\nExperience deploying AI solutions into production environments.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nDesirable Experience\nKnowledge Graphs.\nLangChain and/or LangGraph.\nVector Databases and
