Togetherwith the European team, you will be analyzing the existing processes and defining the best practices and contribute to a succesfull roll-out and maintenance of the new ERP system and other systems.\n\nInvestigating and Analyzing current business processes, procedures and requirements and mapping them to SharePoint;\nDocumenting visualization of process and procedure flows;\nIdentification and assessment of potential risks in business processes and development of risk mitigation strategies;\nRe-engineering and optimization of business processes and shaping new process policies;\nProposing smarter process management solutions for performance improvement and cost reduction;\nIllustrating project descriptions, objectives, and measurements;\nCollaboration with various stakeholders to identify potential for improvement;\nParticipate in and hold meetings to perform incremental agile software development framework when managing product development;\nSupport to evaluate and test administrative system changes to provide ongoing support to existing applications and implement new applications;\nStaying updated with new software features and industry trends and educating people in the group.\nProfile:\nSeveral years of experience in business process analysis and optimization;\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;\nAbility to critically question processes;\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills;\nAccuracy and care in the analysis and documentation of processes;\nLanguage skills in English mandatory.\n\nProfessional skills:\nExcellent knowledge of Business Process Modeling, Business Process Reengineering and the related Management (BPM) Tools;\nSharePoint: Knowledge in using SharePoint for mapping business requirements and managing document workflows;\nData Analysis Tools: Skills in using tools like Excel or Power BI for analyzing business data and visualizing process flows;\n\nNice to have:\n\nKnowledge in SAP S/4HANA public cloud;\nAgile Frameworks: Understanding and applying agile methodologies for software development and project management;\nSoftware Testing: Experience in professional software testing and quality assurance;\nExperience in Project Management and related Software is an advantage: Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project for managing tasks and tracking progress;\nProgramming Languages: A basic understanding of programming languages like Python, Java, or C# can be advantageous for accurately assessing the feasibility of proposed
