This role will play a key part in building scalable data pipelines, cloud-based data solutions and entity resolution capabilities supporting AML outcomes across a global banking environment.\nYou will work closely with technology, product and business stakeholders, helping to develop and enhance a new Quantexa capability across EMEA.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, build and optimise scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.\nDevelop solutions using Scala, Spark, Python and SQL.\nSupport the implementation and growth of the Quantexa platform.\nBuild reusable frameworks and shared engineering capabilities.\nWork across Azure, Databricks and cloud-based data platforms.\nEnsure data quality, integrity, security and platform reliability.\nSupport testing, deployment and automation activities.\nCollaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Qualifications and Skills:\nStrong Data Engineering background.\nHands-on experience with Scala and Spark.\nExperience with SQL and Python.\nExperience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks and cloud data platforms.\nETL and data pipeline development expertise.\nExperience with Elasticsearch, APIs and modern engineering practices.\nExposure to Quantexa would be highly desirable.\nFinancial Services experience beneficial but not essential.Why Join Our Client?\nOpportunity to work on impactful projects that contribute to the organisation's AML efforts.\nCollaborative and innovative work environment.\nFocus on professional development and staying updated with the latest technologies.If you are enthusiastic about data engineering and ready to make a significant impact, consider applying for this thrilling opportunity!
