The successful candidate will coordinate between Operations, Technology, Data, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, vendors, and business stakeholders to implement AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance controls.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Strategy & Transformation:\nLead the identification and prioritisation of AI opportunities within Securities Operations.\nDevelop and maintain the Securities Operations AI roadmap aligned with business objectives.\nPromote AI adoption across various operational functions, including Settlements, Corporate Actions, and more.\nDrive innovation initiatives focused on productivity and operational resilience.AI Solution Delivery:\nOversee the delivery of AI-enabled solutions from concept to implementation.\nManage AI workstreams across Operations, Technology, and vendor organisations.\nEnsure successful integration of AI capabilities into operational workflows.Vendor Platform Enhancement & Oversight:\nPartner with strategic vendors to influence AI product roadmaps.\nAssess vendor AI offerings for operational use cases and manage implementation.\nEnsure third-party AI capabilities meet regulatory and operational expectations.Stakeholder & Governance Management:\nAct as the primary interface between multiple teams, facilitating AI governance forums.\nProduce management reports covering AI initiatives, benefits, and delivery progress.\nPromote responsible AI governance and compliance.Requirements & Solution Management:\nTranslate operational challenges into AI-enabled solution opportunities.\nLead process discovery and requirements gathering.\nDefine AI solution requirements and success criteria in collaboration with architects and developers.Data, Controls & Risk Management:\nEnsure AI solutions operate within approved governance and risk frameworks.\nSupport data governance and validation activities, maintaining compliance with regulations.Testing & Implementation:\nCoordinate testing strategies and support user acceptance testing.\nManage production deployments and monitor post-implementation performance.Core Deliverables:\nMaintain an AI use case inventory and prioritisation.\nDevelop AI requirements documentation and process redesign artefacts.\nCreate operational procedures and training materials for successful adoption.Success Measures:\nSuccessful delivery of AI roadmap initiatives and measurable reduction in operational effort.\nIncreased straight-through processing and operational efficiency.\nHigh stakeholder satisfaction and successful transition of AI solutions into a stable operating model.Who Should Apply?\nCandidates with a strong background in AI strategy, transformation, and operational efficiency are encouraged to apply.
