You will work closely with product managers and developers to translate business and user requirements into high-quality digital experiences.\n\nYou should have strong hands-on expertise in Figma and experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, user requirements, and product needs.\n\n- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital product interfaces.\n\n- Create high-quality UI/UX designs and prototypes using Figma.\n\n- Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs based on product requirements.\n\n- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of approved designs.\n\n- Review implemented interfaces and provide design feedback to ensure consistency with the intended user experience.\n\n- Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, UI components, and pattern libraries.\n\n- Ensure consistency in visual language, interaction patterns, typography, layouts, and overall brand experience across digital platforms.\n\n- Contribute to marketing and brand initiatives by creating digital assets, web graphics, campaign creatives, and other visual content.\n\n- Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to develop high-quality visual assets.\n\n- Translate complex concepts and requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and continuously improve designs.\n\n- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX, product design, visual design, and digital experience trends.\n\n- Balance user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and visual quality while designing solutions.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 6 - 8 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a closely related role.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.\n\n- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design methodologies.\n\n- Experience designing digital products, web applications, or SaaS/product interfaces.\n\n- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.\n\n- Strong knowledge of design systems and component libraries.\n\n- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent Adobe Creative Suite tools.\n\n- Strong visual design and graphic design skills.\n\n- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders.\n\n- Understanding of responsive design and modern web/mobile design principles.\n\n- Strong attention to detail with a good eye for typography, layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.\n\n- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and incorporate stakeholder feedback.\n\nPreferred Profile :\n\n- Candidates with experience in a product-based, SaaS, technology, or B2B environment would be preferred.\n\n- Experience working on products involving analytics, employee experience, feedback platforms, dashboards, or data-driven applications would be an added advantage.\nSkills\nUX, UI Design, Figma, Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Wireframe, Prototype Design","description_format":"text","description_chars":3506,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":6,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-06T12:29:15Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Skilled Worker;
