The IT Manager is responsible to establish a high-performing technical team, maintain 24/7 operational readiness and support, and advance standardized engineering practices in partnership with application, enterprise data, and cybersecurity teams. This role is accountable for the availability, performance, capacity, lifecycle, automation, and resilience of enterprise infrastructure services supporting clinical and business operations.\nMinimum Qualifications Required Educational Degree: Bachelor's Degree Major/Area of Concentration: Information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.\nPreferred Education: Healthcare or IT field Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: Cloud & on-premises infrastructure, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma White Belt, DevOps, virtualization, networking, or comparable infrastructure certification.\nRequired Experience: Five to seven years of progressive infrastructure, cloud, or DevOps experience, including three years leading technical teams. Preferred Experience: Healthcare (preferred) or other regulated-industry experience supporting highly available, 24/7 technology services.
