If you enjoy being close to the business and making processes better, we'dlove to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do:\nFinancial Reporting & Close\nLead the business unit monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes,and deliver accurate, timelyfinancial statements.\nReview reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries; support consolidation and audits.\nDrive consistent accounting practices across locations.\nCash Management,\nTreasury, & Tax\nManage the weekly cash forecast, including project cash flows and related vendor payments.\nWork with the Operations team and finance leadership on customer collections.\nLead all tax requirements for the company andpartner with tax professionals to ensure timelyand accuratetax filings.\nBudgeting, Forecasting & Analysis\nLead the annual budget and forecastupdates for your locations\nin conjunction with the AdeptAg group requirements.\n\nProvide variance analysis, KPIs, and practical recommendations to management.\nSupport capital planning and spot opportunities to improve profitability.\nOperational Finance\nOversee inventory accounting, job costing, WIP, and labourand overhead tracking.\nPartner with operations leaders on cost control and project profitability.\nControls, Systems & Team\nMaintain sound internal controls and financial policies.\nWork with the Operations team to helpmake the most of Sage Intacct and look for ways to streamline and automate.\n\nLead and develop the accounting team across sites.\nEducation and Experience:\nCPA designation and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\n8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years as a Controller or in a similar leadership role.\nBackground in manufacturing, industrial, or project-based accounting, including inventory and job costing.\nExperience with cash forecasting and working capital management.\nStrong Excel and ERP skills, and a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.\nNice to Have:\nSage Intacct experience.\nMulti-entity or multi-site experience, including Canadian and U.S. operations.\nPhysical Requirements:\nOffice Environment:Primarily an office-based role, with occasional visits to
