We are seeking aProduct Manager to own and drive product strategy and execution for a defined product area or set of capabilities within our portfolio. In this role, you will define product direction, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver outcomes that create measurable,client-centric value for ourclients and the business.

What You'll Do

• Own product strategy and execution for your area, translatingclientand market needs into a clear roadmap

• Championaclient-centric approach, grounding decisions in directclientfeedback, usage data, and real-world workflow understanding

• Drive AI-driven productmanagement and development -idea through ship, using AI tools and methods to accelerate discovery, design, and delivery

• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data,Sales, Services, Support, andClientSuccess teams to align priorities and deliver on commitments

• Identifyopportunities to improve workflow efficiency, automation, analytics, andclientexperience within your product area

• Translateclient, market, and operational insights into actionable requirements and execution plans

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and adjacent product teams to ensure your roadmap fits into the broader platform and portfolio strategy

• Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap clearly to stakeholders,clients, and internal teams

• Support go-to-market efforts by helping define positioning, key benefits, and targetclientneeds

Experience

• 3+ years of product management experiencein enterprise SaaS environments

• Experience owning a product areaand driving andcontributing to cross-functional initiatives

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven product management-using AI tools and workflows across the full lifecycle from ideation to shipped product

• Comfort working with platforms, data, APIs, integrations, or workflow-heavy enterprise applications

• Experience partnering with engineering and design to shipproductincrementally with a client first mindset

Domain ExpertiseRequired

• Experience with complex law firm operations, including financial, billing, timekeeping, or practice management workflows

• Experience as product management in a law firm is a +.
