Role Description:
The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage multiple mid-size to large projects simultaneously and coordinate with all levels of staff and stakeholders across firms who will benefit from our comprehensive solutions. - Experience in Global accounting
- Implementation or working experience with ERP systems
- Law firm practical experience including client facing, support, and administrative
- A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment
- Experience leading complex software implementations for the full project life cycle
Responsibilities:
- Leading the planning and implementation of the project
- Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Defining project tasks and resource requirements
- Developing project plans
- Assembling and coordinating project staff
- Managing project budget
- Managing project resource allocation
- Planning and scheduling project timelines
- Tracking project deliverables using the appropriate CRM and Professional Services Automation tools on a daily basis
- Providing direction and support to the project team
- Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Presenting reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
- Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
- Evaluating projects and assessing results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years experience leading complex software implementations for the full project life cycle
- A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment
- Project Team management experience
- Excellent client facing skills
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project and Professional Services Automation tools
