We're looking for candidates with a technical background who are sharp, curious, and confident engaging directly with clients.\nYou'll work alongside experienced consultants on real client environments, translating business needs into working solutions, and building the communication instincts that strong consulting work depends on.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with clients to understand their needs, gather software requirements, and help shape practical solutions.\nAct as a day-to-day point of contact for clients on your projects, building trust through clear, confident communication.\nConfigure, customise, and test software solutions within Aderant products, working hands-on with real client data and processes.\nPresent findings, updates, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. You'll be in the room, not just behind the scenes.\nDocument project progress and communicate status clearly across client and internal teams.\nTroubleshoot functional issues and work through solutions.\nBring client feedback back to our product teams. Your perspective helps shape what we build next.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; confidence presenting to a room can develop over time.\nProgramming experience from coursework, personal projects, or work experience.
