performance and audit-ready records.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nCoordinate the contract lifecycle from scope validation and tendering through evaluation, negotiation, award, amendment, renewal and close-out.\nWork with Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and QHSSE to align scopes, pricing, service levels, contractual terms and risk allocation.\nPrepare and maintain tender documents, commercial comparisons, award recommendations, contract files and approval records.\nTrack contract milestones, expiry dates, obligations, deliverables, insurance, performance securities, payment terms and approved variations.\nMonitor contractor performance and compliance, supporting claims, change requests, disputes, corrective actions and performance reviews.\nMaintain accurate contract registers and audit trails while ensuring ethical sourcing, confidentiality and compliance with ADES policies and applicable requirements.\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering or a related discipline.\n3-5 years of experience in contracts, procurement, commercial or sourcing roles, preferably within oil and gas, energy or heavy industry.\nHands-on experience in tendering, bid evaluation, contract administration, supplier performance and change or claims support.\nGood understanding of contractual terms, commercial risk, compliance, payment provisions and service-level management.\nStrong Microsoft Office and ERP skills, with fluency in Arabic and English and strong negotiation, documentation and stakeholder-management
