organization's objectives and safety standards.\nDesigns and develops innovative training content, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and hands-on\nactivities.\nCreates learning materials that align with learning objectives and engage participants through various instructional strategies.\nTraining Delivery:\nConducts and delivers engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, utilizing various\nmethodologies such as classroom training, on-the-job training, simulations, e-learning, and hands-on exercises.\nAdapts training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and participant needs.\nTechnical Training (Subject Matter Expert):\nFocuses on providing specialized technical training relevant to the jobs, including equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.\nEnsures that employees are well-equipped to handle the complexities of the job at the rig site and adhere to stringent safety measures.\nDevelop a deep understanding of the subject matter (relevant to the job) to effectively convey concepts, best practices, and industry\ntrends to learners.\nStay up to date
