model)\nSupport effort estimation and technical prioritization during backlog refinement\n YOUR PROFILE\n10+ years of senior- or lead-level experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and CI/CD)\nProven experience providing functional leadership to onshore and/or offshore development teams\nIn-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance, and the security model\nExperience with integration architectures (APIs, middleware/integration layer) is an advantage\nSalesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II, Application Architect/System Architect, Service Cloud) are
