risks, dependencies, defects, and quality status clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nBuild productive relationships with stakeholders and help resolve competing priorities.\n YOUR PROFILE\n12+ years of overall professional experience.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in test management or test leadership.\nStrong knowledge of software testing methods, test lifecycle management, and defect management.\nExperience planning and coordinating test teams and activities.\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.\nExperience contributing to proposals, RFP/RFI responses, client pitches, or pre-sales activities-or a strong interest in developing this experience.\nAbility to estimate testing effort, identify assumptions, and explain delivery risks.\nStrong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to align people with differing priorities.\nConfidence to challenge constructively, address difficult issues directly, and make recommendations under pressure.\nFamiliarity with Agile and/or traditional delivery approaches and common test-management tools.\n\nWorked with tools like JIRA, x-ray is familiar with reporting dashboard\n\nClear communicator:explains complex topics in a concise, audience-appropriate way.\nCommercially minded:connects testing recommendations to client needs, delivery outcomes, and business value.\nPersuasive
