This department consists of talented professionals who manage the finances of a company. The team ensures the smooth processing of accounts payable, tracking assets, allocating costs according to legislative rules and agreed policies.\nThe Accounting department also handles payroll within a group, takes care of statutory, management, and tax reporting preparation, and financial audit in different countries. Together with the Finance department, we provide high-quality business assistance and support to the whole organization of Adform.\nWe hope you are ready to change the game! Be ready to:\nEnsure accurate coding of purchase invoices and approval process in an accurate and timely manner\n\nAssist in handling travel reports and expense claims\n\nAssist with master data entry and other financial records\n\nManage the inbox of incoming queries\n\nAssist with performing periodical reconciliations\n\nProvide support on other day-to-day accounting activities\n\nBe able to commit to at least 0.75 FTE, with the option to work full-time depending on your study schedule\n\nAttitude First.
