In this role, you will be responsible for fostering customer success across the DACH region by understanding clients' business needs and demonstrating how Adform's innovative products can help them achieve their goals.\nAs a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with various clients and stakeholders, providing onboarding, strategic consultation, and ongoing support to help them maximize the value of Adform's solutions.\nYou will be self-sufficient in managing both internal and external stakeholders but will also require guidance and direction from your direct manager. Be ready to:\nUnderstand the customers business needs and how Adform products help customer reach their goals.\n\nDrive Adform's commercial success by retaining and growing customer relationships and increase relevant product adoption.\n\nBe a proactive advisor towards the customer, consult on best practice solutions to meet their goals & objectives.\n\nManage new client onboarding and new product rollout for existing clients, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines & technical specifications.\n\nRepresent the client needs towards Adform product teams and collaborate with account management and customer success leadership to efficiently escalate relevant topics.\n\nProactively educate customers, ensuring optimum platform knowledge and usage on the local market.\n\nAttitude First.
