Be ready to:\nOwn the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and proactive sourcing to interviews, candidate communication, and offer coordination.\n\nGrow relevant talent pools through proactive sourcing, referrals, social media, job boards, and professional networks.\n\nSupport hiring managers and interviewers with effective interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring decision-making.\n\nTrack key hiring metrics and share clear updates, insights, and recommendations to support efficient recruitment processes.\n\nDrive smaller projects and initiatives to improve Talent Acquisition processes and strengthen the candidate and hiring manager experience.\n\nAttitude First. Everything else will follow.
