Sales Manager to retain, grow and win B2B customers across Greater Manchester, with additional coverage across Belfast and surrounding areas.\nThis role is ideal for a Field Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Area Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, or B2B Account Manager, particularly from Electronic Security, Electrical Wholesale, Trade Distribution, AV, Fire & CCTV, or closely related sectors.\nJOB DUTIES\nCustomer Relationship Management\nManage, retain and grow revenue across a defined field sales territory covering Greater Manchester and Belfast.\nBuild strong, long-term relationships with security installers, systems integrators, electrical contractors and trade partners.\nAct as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.\nMaintain regular face-to-face customer visits to drive satisfaction, loyalty and account growth.\nNew Business Development\nIdentify, prospect and onboard new B2B customers \nWin business from competitors by clearly communicating ADI’s value proposition, service model and extensive product range.\nIncrease share of wallet within existing accounts through consultative, solution-focused selling.\nDrive sustainable territory growth by uncovering new projects, installers and regional opportunities.\nSales Execution & Campaign Management\nPlan, lead and execute supplier-led and branch-supported sales campaigns.\nConvert campaign activity into qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth.\nMaintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasts and reporting via CRM.\nDeliver consistent performance against sales targets, KPIs and growth plans.\nEvents & Market Engagement\nAttend and support trade counters, supplier roadshows, exhibitions, installer days and industry events .\nDeliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and prospective partners.\nRepresent ADI as a trusted local expert in security, AV and low-voltage technologies.\nProduct & Market Knowledge\nDevelop in-depth knowledge of ADI product portfolios, solutions and services.\nStay informed on market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies.\nParticipate in technical, sales and product training to support professional growth.\nProvide forecasting and demand insight to support Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP).\nYOU MUST HAVE\nProven experience in field sales, territory management or B2B account management.\nExperience within electronic security, electrical wholesale, AV, fire, CCTV or trade distribution.\nStrong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.\nA proactive, well-organised approach with the ability to manage your territory autonomously.\nConfidence working in a target-driven, customer-facing environment.\nFull UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Greater Manchester alongside Belfast.\nWE VALUE\nSolid understanding of sales fundamentals, pipeline management and account
