This role reports directly to the Credit Team Lead.\nJOB DUTIES\nAchieve monthly collection targets.\nManage and control Accounts Receivable balances in line with the debt collection procedure.\nCommunicate with customers via telephone and email regarding outstanding debts, credit limits, and payment terms.\nIdentify high-risk accounts and take appropriate action.\nConduct credit reviews and approve credit terms and limits in accordance with company policy and Schedule of Executive Authority (SEA).\nReview all held orders promptly and release them where appropriate in a timely manner.\nEscalate collection issues promptly and identify mitigation actions.\nAssist with the timely resolution of unapplied cash receipts.\nMaintain customer accounts in cooperation with the Customer Master Team.\nProvide Accounts Receivable information to the business and initiate meetings to determine recovery plans where required.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.\nResolve disputes, delays, and other issues through cross-functional collaboration.\nDevelop effective relationships with key business partners to ensure smooth cooperation between Credit-to-Cash (C2C) and the wider business.\nYOU MUST HAVE\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to deal tactfully, professionally, and ethically with both internal and external customers.\nProcess-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.\nWE VALUE\nExperience and knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.\nPrevious experience in a Credit Controller role is highly desirable.\nExperience working within a large multinational environment.\nStrong technical and analytical skills.\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR
