In this role, you will develop and maintain demand forecasts, optimize inventory investments, and ensure product availability while balancing customer service objectives and working capital goals. You will collaborate closely with Category Management, Supplier Partners, Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to drive forecast accuracy, improve fill rates, and support business growth initiatives. Through data-driven analysis and cross-functional partnership, you will identify opportunities to improve inventory performance, mitigate supply risks, and maximize service levels across the Intrusion product category.\nJOB DUTIES:\nManage weekly purchasing and replenishment activities for assigned suppliers and product categories.\nMaintain Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans and inventory investments in alignment with business objectives.\nPartner with key stakeholders to develop and maintain consensus demand forecasts.\nCollaborate with supplier partners to manage supply constraints, lead times, and order execution activities.\nAnalyze inventory, in-stock, and fill rate performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive corrective actions.\nSupport promotional demand planning efforts through effective forecasting and inventory management.\nDrive excess and slow-moving inventory reduction through collaborative planning with Suppliers and Category Managers.\nPerform reporting, analysis, and administrative activities in support of the Senior Demand Planner.\nParticipate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned.\nYOU MUST HAVE:\nMinimum 2 years of related experience in demand planning, inventory planning, supply chain analytics, or a related field.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, VLOOKUPs, and ad hoc analysis).\nHands-on experience with planning tools such as O9, SAP, Oracle, SLIM, or similar platforms.\nAdvanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.\nWE VALUE:\nStrong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.\nExperience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Distribution environments.\nPower BI experience.\nProficiency with forecasting and demand planning software tools.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nKnowledge of commonly used supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures.\nStrategic thinker
