As a strategic partner to local leadership, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people initiatives with business objectives, driving organisational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performing and positive work culture.\nThis role is ideally suited to someone who understands business as well as HR. You will build strong relationships with leaders across a matrix organisation, partnering closely with both the business and HR Centres of Excellence to deliver practical people solutions that support organisational goals. You will be comfortable operating strategically whilst remaining hands-on, working proactively to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive actions through to completion.\nJOB DUTIES\nPartner with local leadership teams to understand business objectives, organisational dynamics, workforce challenges, and talent needs.\nAct as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.\nWork closely with leaders to develop and implement people plans that support business priorities and organisational growth.\nCollaborate with global HR teams and Centres of Excellence to ensure consistency and alignment of HR policies, programmes, and initiatives across regions while addressing local requirements.\nSupport organisational change initiatives, helping leaders navigate change and effectively manage team transitions.\nDrive employee engagement and retention efforts through effective communication, feedback mechanisms, and initiatives tailored to local business needs.\nLead or support various HR projects and initiatives across the business.\nProactively identify HR trends, issues, and opportunities and develop strategies to address them in partnership with local leadership.\nManage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring adherence to relevant legal requirements and company policies.\nSupport the recruitment process for key roles within the region, working closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.\nAnalyse HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR programmes and initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance organisational performance.\nStay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements.\nYOU MUST HAVE\nProgressive HR experience, including business partnering roles supporting multiple regions or countries.\nStrong commercial awareness and the ability to align people strategies with business objectives.\nExperience working within a matrix organisation, partnering effectively with leaders and specialist HR teams.\nStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.\nDemonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, organisational change, and employee engagement.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.\nA proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives through to completion.\nProven ability to drive HR initiatives and projects from concept to implementation, with a focus on delivering measurable results and continuous improvement.\nWE VALUE\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an HR qualification such as CIPD.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.\nExperience supporting
