This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.\nJOB DUTIES:\nGrow Customer Accounts for Profit\nMeet performance targets by growing revenue and increasing the margin of assigned\naccounts. Increase order size, grow customer transactions, and leverage pricing tools to\nimprove margin percentage.\nIncrease customer base by adding new customers\nIdentify opportunities and convert customer purchases from competition\nManage all existing accounts through steady communication using the Customer Database\nMake Outbound Calls and reach a minimum number of calls every day to present leads.\nProvide support to other duties as assigned\nBuild Customer Relationship\nPromote positive relationships within the ADI organization to encourage team sales and\npromote exceptional customer service for customers.\nEducate customers about new products and product lines by keeping abreast of new\ndevelopments in the industry.\nMaintain and update customer interactions in the tracking system\nDemonstrate Product Knowledge\nApply knowledge of products and/or services and sell it to customers\nExplain features and advantages to customers in entire non-technical terms\nStay up to date on new offerings, and technology trends through Industry News, and various\nother sources.\nCreate Brand Value - Promote ADI\nLeverage ADI Resources, Services, and Programs to educate customers\nProvide exceptional shopping experience in-store, by phone, and online.\nYOU MUST HAVE:\n1 year of Sales Experience\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nComputer literacy skills -
