reports and dashboards so leaders can track business goals.\nUser Support & Training: Train employees on how to use the system and troubleshoot daily issues\nYOU MUST HAVE:\n1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, supporting users and maintaining Salesforce environments.\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including data management, user administration, reports, and system functionality.\nSolid understanding of data structures, data integrity, and CRM data governance principles.\nHands-on experience working within a Salesforce org, either as an administrator or advanced end user, with a good understanding of platform capabilities.\nProfessional English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal business settings.\nWE VALUE:\nSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) and hands-on experience with CRM best practices.\nStrong proficiency in Excel and Tableau for data analysis, reporting, and business insights.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the
